DOMESTIC (US) RETURN POLICY

WE ACCEPT RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY.

RETURNS

We want you to love your #everydayarmor as much as Erin loves designing and manufacturing it for you. If you don't love your order, we will make it right with a STORE CREDIT (in the form of a gift card).

RETURN REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days from date of receipt. 
  • Merchandise must be undamaged, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging. 
  • Merchandise has not been modified by another third party jeweler or abused. 
  • All discounted items are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
  • All custom sales and personalized items are FINALE SALE.

Please note if you paid for shipping at the time of your original order, you will not be credited the cost of shipping when we receive your return. Contact our Sales Department at info@erinfaderjewelry.com for additional questions. 

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Final sale items are NON-RETURNABLE.  This includes items purchased on any discount including SITE WIDE PROMOTIONS, SPECIAL HOLIDAY PROMOTIONS, BLACK FRIDAY, CYBER MONDAY, FLASH SALES, SAMPLE SALES, and any other promotions offered.

REPAIRS

We are happy to offer free repairs within 30 days of purchase. If your item is past the 30-day policy, we offer repairs and replacement of missing parts for a $25 fee, or a $50 fee for 14K Gold items. Please see our Repair/Replacement Fee page for instructions. Contact our Sales Department at info@erinfaderjewelry.com for additional questions. 

REAPIR ORDER RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Customer is responsible for shipping damaged item and parts back to our studio. Please see studio return address below. 
  • EFJD is NOT liable for lost returns, under any circumstances.
  • EFJD highly recommends using a shipping courier with tracking services to ensure the delivery of your package to us.

**Reminder - because we often use limited quantity vintage parts, we may no longer have the parts to fix your jewelry or may have to order parts. We will let you know estimated ETA once we receive and inspect your repair.

  • International returns are at the expense of the customer, including Repairs and Replacements under our 30 day return policy.
  • International returns are subject to STORE CREDIT (in the form of a gift card).
