RETURN POLICY

Before merchandise is returned, a Returned Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) must be obtained from our Sales Department at info@erinfaderjewelry.com. Merchandise being returned must be accompanied by the RMA as well as a copy of the original invoice. Returns must be received undamaged, in original condition and in original packaging. Product in original condition as described above can be returned within 7 days for a full refund in the form of original payment. Returns received after 7 days will receive a store credit in the amount paid less any shipping paid. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from date of receipt. Products returned for repair are to be returned according to the agreements established during the RMA process. Products which have been modified by another 3rd party jeweler or abused will not be covered under our return policy. PERSONALIZED ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN.
