RETURN POLICY

DOMESTIC (US) RETURN POLICY

WE ACCEPT RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY.

**CUSTOM SALES AND PERSONALIZED ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN.**

RETURNS

We want you to love your #everydayarmor as much as Erin loves designing and manufacturing it for you. If you don't love your order, we will make it right with an EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT (in the form of a gift card). Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from date of receipt. Products which have been modified by another 3rd party jeweler or abused will not be covered under our return policy.

Contact our Sales Department at info@erinfaderjewelry.com for returns or repairs. Returns must be received undamaged, in original condition and in original packaging. Returns and exchanges will be subject to the discount taken at the time of purchase. We will provide a prepaid return label for your convenience in returning the item(s) via email.


FINAL SALE ITEMS

Final sale items are NON-RETURNABLE.  This includes items purchased on any discount including BLACK FRIDAY, CYBER MONDAY, FLASH SALES, SAMPLE SALES, and any other promotions offered.


SITE WIDE, BLACK FRIDAY & CYBER MONDAY PROMOTIONS 

Site Wide, Black Friday, and Cyber Monday sales are site wide with some exclusions. Collab designs are excluded from these sales.  All sale marked items are FINAL SALE (non-returnable).


HOLIDAY SPECIAL PROMOTIONS

All items purchased as part of our special holiday promotions are FINAL SALE. This includes any promotions during November, December and January.


REPAIRS

Repair/Replacement Fee

We are happy to offer free repairs within 30 days of purchase. If your item is past the 30-day policy, we offer repairs and replacement of missing parts for a $25 fee.

Customer is responsible for shipping damaged item and parts back to our studio.

--We are not liable for lost returns, under any circumstances.

--We highly recommend using a shipping courier with tracking services to ensure the delivery of your package to us.
