DOMESTIC (US) RETURN POLICY

WE ACCEPT RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY.

**CUSTOM RINGS AND PERSONALIZED ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN.**

FINAL SALE
Final sale items are NON-RETURNABLE.  This includes items purchased on BLACK FRIDAY, CYBER MONDAY, FLASH SALES, SAMPLE SALES, and any other promotions offered during November and December.

SITE WIDE, BLACK FRIDAY & CYBER MONDAY
Site wide, Black Friday, and Cyber Monday sales are site wide with some exclusions. Collab designs are excluded from these sales.  All sale marked items are FINAL SALE (non-returnable).

HOLIDAY SPECIAL PROMOTIONS
All items purchased as part of our special holiday promotions are FINAL SALE. This includes any promotions that are included in our Twelve Days of Christmas Savings and other promotions during November and December.

Contact our Sales Department at info@erinfaderjewelry.com for returns or repairs.  Returns must be received undamaged, in original condition and in original packaging. Product in original condition as described above can be returned for a STORE CREDIT (in the form of a gift card). Returns and exchanges will be subject to the discount taken at the time of purchase.

We will provide a prepaid return label for your convenience in returning the item(s) via email.

Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from date of receipt. Products which have been modified by another 3rd party jeweler or abused will not be covered under our return policy.

REPAIRS
We are happy to offer free repairs within 30 days of purchase.
If your item is past the 30-day policy, we offer repairs and replacement of missing parts for a $25 fee.  Repair/Replacement Fee
Customer is responsible for shipping damaged item and parts back to our studio.
