NOTE: All international orders are subject to duties/customs taxes on delivery (DDU), all customs fees are at the expense of the customer.

Be sure you know the customs policy for your country. 

Use the tracking number provided with your shipment confirmation to contact your local Customs Office if you don't receive your package.  They sometimes hold packages and will return to shipper if you do not contact them.

We are not responsible if package is returned due to lack of communication with Customs on your part.
